How do I get "Remove ads" back on a new device?

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Is my resort saved?

Yes, automatically on your device. If you delete the app, your resort is deleted too.

Does my resort earn money while I am away?

Yes. When you come back, the game shows what your resort earned while you were away.

Why does the game ask about privacy and ads?

In the EU, the UK and Switzerland the law requires your consent for ads. You can change your choice under Settings → Privacy settings.

How do I report a bug?

Write to us with your device model, iOS version and what happened, and add a screenshot if you can.
